Amazing Wine Racks by My Husband from Pallets

My husband has a new hobby and I am loving it! He has started making wine racks out of old pallets and they look great! He has been selling so many that he can't keep up with the orders. If you would be interested in one, you can contact me at according2mandy@gmail.com.

If you are good with woodworking, you might be able to do these on your own. Check out a few pictures below of the ones he has made. I can't wait to get my own soon!

He also made a great pallet chair you can check out at this link.

Do It Yourself Softball Bow

Tonight my daughter impressed me with her skills again! She cut up an old softball and used a hot glue gun to make her own softball hair bow. It is adorable and looks great!

Terra Cotta Pot Ashtrays

Today I put together two adorable ashtrays to use outside. I am not a smoker, but we have guests often in our backyard and I wanted somewhere for them to put their ashes and butts. For this, I simply turned over two Terra Cotta pots. How easy is that?

They already have a hole in the bottom and you can just drop the ash into the hole and then clean them out. I love these!

Duct Tape Dresser

My youngest daughter had decided to cover her dresser in stickers at one point. They were half torn and peeling off and it looked awful!

My wonderful 9-year-old decided to fix it up with some duct tape. Check it out!

Duct Tape Umbrella

Since Duct Tape is waterproof, it is the perfect thing to use to update an old umbrella. We had one that was Disney Princess, but neither of my girls are into that at all. My 9 year old daughter updated it with some duct tape and now it looks great!

Keep Your Area Rugs in One Spot

I have found the secret to keeping your area rugs from moving. Someone posted this on Facebook and I had to try it. You take either caulking or silicone and put it on the back of your area rugs in lines. They will not move!

I tried this one two different ones. One is on my wood floor and the other is on tile. Neither one has moved at all since I did it! I would highly recommend doing this at your house. This has saved me a lot of headache because I was always fixing mine.

Check it out below. You should try this one at your house.
